‘I see life in stillness and a beginning in every end”
Alumina of the Govt. College of Fine Arts, Chennai, and the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, (NID), Natesan brings his sense of design to his artwork while creating work that is evocative of both the garage and the workroom. He transforms it into an aesthetic experience that evokes several levels of experience which is a coming together of raw urban elements, with the color palette from his hometown Tamil Nadu and his experiential receptions.
He left his job in the corporate sector and production houses as a design head and went on to pursue his dreams of creating art. Working primarily with scrap material, junk, and recycled metal artist Haribaabu Naatesan has been passionate about recreating art through what is often thought of as waste. He sees sculptures in metal scraps, he conjures up art forms from discarded computer hardware, and he draws inspiration from electronic junk. The result is an art that has multi-pronged usage, it can grace a drawing room or garden, but not a junkyard. The Bazaar is as much part of his art as is the fine art studio, and one gets a sense of this multiplicity of cultural expression with his palette.

Haribabu participated in several solos and group shows across India and abroad. His works have been collected at Viacom18 Mumbai, 9X Network Mumbai, Bombay Iron Merchant Association, Godrej Garden City Ahmedabad, and many other prestigious places.
