Desee Art endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact on our registered mobile number within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

– Order number

– Delivery address

– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Desee Art as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

As part of usual business practice, Desee Art  reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Desee Art.

Severance and Waiver

These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding your usage of the Website. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Desi Art’s failure to enforce any term or condition, on any occasion, shall not be construed as a waiver of such term or condition.

Payments

  • To process any financial transactions on the Website, Desee Art may use third-party electronic payment processors or service providers. You are solely responsible for all and any charges incurred and payments made using your User Account.
  • As prescribed by respective financial institutions, you may be required to submit your internet banking credentials and/or your credit/debit card number, expiry date and CVV number while making any payment on the Website.
  • You are hereby expressly made aware that your bank statements may reflect that a payment has been made in favor of Desee Art.

    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Desee Art and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
