Description
This painting is a part of the series inspired out of an Indian classical music experience. This artwork plays upon the ancient myth of Lord Shiva’s angry dance form summoning destruction and change, the Tandav through a riot of colors. Burst out of a musical experience , the work portrays musical instruments as part of the elements of the colorful multiverse of the visual; the shining golden eyes of the vivid and semi-abstract mighty face, are represented by two sarods. Created in a manner of synesthesia, each brush stroke is a reaction to a note in the music that the artist was listening to at the moment.
